We recommend physical sunscreens(Zinc/Titanium) with SPF30 or above because they don't degrade quickly like chemical sunscreens do. The amount that a SPF is above 30 does not make much difference, but the "SPF 15" in your makeup is chemical and too low to protect you, so don't be fooled into thinking makeup of a moisturizer alone will protect you! FYI...The order of application is as follows... Anti-Aging/Antibiotic first, Then a moisturizer if necessary, then sunscreen, then makeup.
