You may return anything within 30 days for an exchange or refund as long as you have not used more than a third of the product. We request that you tell us what the problem is, so that we can assure good quality control over our products. You may return a product in person or if by mail, you will be responsible for the postage. Please email/call to alert us the product is coming to us if you return it by mail, explaining the problem, and letting us know if you want an exchange or refund (and how the refund is to be done. i.e. credit card, account credit, etc.). A form should be placed in your mail order to allow you to provide us this information as well. Please let us try to please you! We strive to be fair and respectful to all our patients and we want you to be happy and look your best!. If you have something that is too dry, or too oily or unsuitable in any way, we will have another product that will suit you just right. If you are unsure, we can let you try a sample of another product and would be happy to provide free consultations until we get it right! We can usually always find the best product that will work for you.
