Your treatment plan will include an estimate of costs. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept CareCredit with a minimum purchase of $100.00
Our knowledgeable office staff will be happy to work with you, assist with estimating your level of insurance coverage, and explain payment plan options. It is important to remember that we cannot guarantee the amount of payment your insurance company will provide. An estimate is not a guarantee that a charge will be accepted. You are ultimately responsible for any portion of costs not paid by your provider.

There will be a $50 cosmetic consultation fee to see Dr. McConnell. This will go toward any products or services purchased at time of visit. Cosmetic consultation fee will only be refunded if unable to fulfill requested treatment.
