Payment Options
We offer online bill pay and accept an array of other in-office payment options. For more information about payments, please contact our office.
Drs. Achtman and McConnell, and the team want you to enjoy your healthiest, most beautiful skin. We understand that you have a budget. However, we do not believe that financial concerns should be prohibitive of great care. We take great pride in delivering world-class dermatological care, in the most cost-effective way possible.
Your treatment plan will include an estimate of costs. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept CareCredit with a minimum purchase of $100.00
Our knowledgeable office staff will be happy to work with you, assist with estimating your level of insurance coverage, and explain payment plan options. It is important to remember that we cannot guarantee the amount of payment your insurance company will provide. An estimate is not a guarantee that a charge will be accepted. You are ultimately responsible for any portion of costs not paid by your provider.

There will be a $100.00 cosmetic consultation fee to see Dr. McConnell. This will go toward any products or services purchased at time of visit.
Before Your Visit
Prior to your visit, you will receive an appointment confirmation text or email from us. If this is your first visit, you will also be prompted to complete your new patient intake forms. Clicking the link to confirm your appointment will automatically lead you to complete your patient registration and prompt you through the entire process. It’s easy to fill out, and we will remember your answers for your next visit, so you only have to make necessary changes in the future.
Registering before your visit helps us serve you better and faster when you come into the office. We understand that sometimes it can be difficult to fill out forms on a mobile device or computer, which is why we do offer the option to do it on our iPads in the office. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to fill out your pre-visit information on our electronic iPads if you cannot complete it before your appointment.
